That’s the WIN slogan, which we use as our guiding star, taken from the 1 st article of the UN Declaration of Human Rights.
WIN has been set up by the Junior Chamber International Mauritius, Soroptimist International, the Association des Femmes Mauriciennes Chefs d’Entreprise and the United Nations Development Programme to support women’s empowerment and capacity building in Mauritius.
So if you would like to support this cause and meet other like-minded women and men, please join us!

Through our website, we have a large database of women and men with a wide variety of skills, competencies, services and interests that you can tap into, both in Mauritius and overseas.
We hold a monthly networking event that you can attend free and which will enable you to widen your circle and get to know some of the issues.
And we will also be providing capacity building and leadership training for women.
