WIN has set itself 4 key objectives:

 

Objective 1: To develop 30 women leaders every year who can influence decision making in all spheres, creating a pool of 300 talented and competent women leaders over a period of 10 years.

Objective 2: To strengthen and expand the network in quantity and quality and develop networks with other support groups.

Objective 3: To spearhead the transformation of politics in Mauritius to lead to at least doubling the number of women in Parliament by 2010.

Objective 4: To promote gender equality in all spheres of life in Mauritius
